Correctness, provenance, and agent surfaces live in the open-source Ultimate Memory engine. Cloud sells operation and human workflow — not a second memory system.
Managed path
The managed offering is invitation-free when it opens publicly, paid prepaid credits, Alpha-honest, with no free tier. That cutover is not claimed on this page yet.
